Description

The High Tech Laser Service department’s primary task is to maximize the reliability and operational safety of all its equipment. To implement our services, yearly checkups and maintenance plans are drawn up. We also always have somebody on standby to facilitate a quick intervention in the event of an equipment malfunction. The service department’s warehouse is stocked with the latest up-to-date parts for a variety of equipment in order to provide a quick solution in the event of a defective component. In most instances, the service department will be able to offer a replacement of the equipment, if a quick solution to the problem is not readily available.

At the time of inspection or maintenance a checkup will be done to see whether the indicated capacity/energy corresponds with the calibrated measurements on an external capacity meter. Additionally, all the alarms that safeguard the system will be checked to ensure that they are in good working order. The cooling circuit will be checked and the coolant level will be topped off if necessary. Timely replacement of the filters and cleaning of the equipment (dust) will be performed if necessary. Optical components will also be inspected and cleaned if necessary. The equipment will be tested to verify its condition.
