Type of services

We recommend two to three inspections/maintenance visits per year, depending on the amount of usage. This will ensure that the equipment is in optimum working condition and will prolong its lifespan. We offer three plans; the omnium maintenance contract, the semi-omnium maintenance contract and the standard contract.

Omnium maintenance contract
This plan offers two inspections/maintenance visits per year. Travel, parts and labor costs associated with restoring your equipment are included in this plan. The Omnium Maintenance contract can only be bought at the time of purchase or immediately after the one-year warranty period expires.

Semi-Omnium maintenance contract
This plan offers two inspections/maintenance visits per year. Travel and labor costs associated with restoring your equipment are included; parts will be billed separately.

Standard Maintenance
With the standard plan, an established number of service visits per year(one, two or three) will be performed at a set price. Interventions associated with equipment failures are billed separately.

In the event of equipment failure, we strive to resolve them as soon as possible for all our clients. However, clients with an Omnium maintenance contract will be given priority. They can request a replacement and, if available, it will be provided free of charge.
