Galilean loupes enhance the performance quality due to their excellent focal clarity, work field width and field depth.
This system only offers a maximum magnification of 2.5 times, but gives a wide work field and a good depth field.
The Kepler Prismatic system’s hall mark is characterized by superior optics, enabling the user to view more details in the work field.
The optical qualities guarantee a stereoscopic view at any distance with a good field of depth and higher magnifications than with the Galilean system.
The customized fitting of both systems offers unparalleled comfort, while obtaining individual measurements of pupils, determining the work distance setting and the desired magnification and the size of the work field make these loupes the complete individualized solution. The system can also be corrected to the user’s ophthalmic prescription as well.
Both systems, Galilean and Prismatic, are offered in TTL (built into the optics) and in Flip-up version (foldable).

Is it time consuming to have the Loupe measurements taken?
No, by operating an ingenious but simple system the individual pupillary distance can be measured to avoid double vision and consequential headaches. At the same time, the work distance will be determined and the magnification selected.
Can I get a large work field with maximum magnification?
No, the size of the work field will be determined by the choice of magnification in combination with the work distance. The higher the magnification, the smaller the work field will be. The greater the work distance, the bigger the work field will be.
